"Oh my gosh!  Where can I begin?  They were fabulous!  The costumes were great and they looked like they came from a theme park! They were very nice and took charge of the party.  The kids had so much fun. The only thing is I wish they sang more. I thought when they did sing they were fantastic!  The bunny game they played was so much fun for the kids. And the storytelling was my son's favorite part. All the parents loved it, too and couldn't wait to get photographs with the characters and their children.  This was a party they will never forget!  My daughter cried after they left and talked about Alice all the way home!  Before she went to bed last night she said "Can I please see Alice again tomorrow?"  Happy kids means they did a great job!    Also you were very accommodating and responsive to my emails and requests. "Communication was in a timely manner which is always appreciated and I never was worried about the performers, Alice and Mad Hatter, getting there.  I don't think there is much that you can actually improve on in this area. I think that with all the jobs that you book your performers your process is very good. Costuming was spot on down to Alice's blue eyes! They stayed in character the entire time including while they were waiting to be announced in the back. They were patient and very pleasant. I found them to be genuinely pleased to be there.  The autographs were very spot on as well. They sang together as well which I think everyone enjoyed that as well. They took pictures with everyone.  I thought that in terms of interaction with the guests it was perfect! Everyone was surprised and truly enjoyed the actors. They were fabulous and I think looked and acted like what they should have.  I wouldn't change a thing! I would like to say I hired your company because of your special discount, but honestly it was because the photo of your Alice looked just like Alice.  I work for  a well known company so I want to have my characters look authentic. She does! Yes, I would use your company again."

" Alice and the Queen of Hearts looked realistic and acted in character the entire time.  The characters also interacted and responded to the children in an appropriate manner.  They responded at their age-level.  Her Majesty Says was fun and interactive.  The storytime and tea etiquette was fantastic.  I liked the way the characters included all the guests in the story.  And the tea etiquette was fun for the girls. They enjoyed talking with the characters.  I am sure that younger children would also love this type of party.  The interaction is fun and the characters are very realistic."

"We had a great time at the party.  My daughter was very surprised and the Apple Princess was terrific.The process was very easy.  You followed through with what you said you were going to do.  I appreciated the 10 minute heads up call that the princess would be arriving soon. The princess looked great.  Her voice was fantastic and all the adults were impressed that she was able to maintain that voice the whole time.  That princess's voice is not an easy one. She did a great job getting the children to interact.  Some were hesitant at first and shy, and she just rolled with it and they warmed up pretty quickly. I chose Looking Glass due to the online ratings and the pricing was competitive with others.  Not the cheapest, but not overly expensive either.  I would definitely choose Looking Glass again and recommend to friends."

 "Let me start off by saying, our Beauty was absolutely AMAZING!! I cannot believe how perfect her performance was. We were so blown away by her performance. When I envisioned Beauty telling the girls a story, it was nothing compared to what we had. Our performer had a beautiful voice and told the complete story in such an interactive way.  We had just visited a theme park a year ago, and I have to say your Beauty was even better than the one we met in the theme park! Later than evening our daughter said "I wonder how Beauty is doing, do you think she is on the air-o-plane?" she truly truly believes she met Beauty and that magic in her eyes is priceless.  She also asked us when her birthday is again so she can invite her back! Our daughter also loved the picture of Beauty with all the gifts she gave her on your Facebook page. It makes our heart so happy that she had such a wonderful experience.  When Beauty started dancing with our daughter, it brought my mother and aunt to tears. We also appreciated how special our performer made our daughter feel during the whole experience.  We appreciated that the company asked us details about our daughter prior to the event, and incorporated everything and more that we asked.  Our performer was perfect. She look just like the princess we had met in theme park her dress and hair were beautiful, wouldn't change a thing!  I was so touched that at the end of the party, she took the time to go with our daughter to look at all our themed decorations.  I knew we were running close to time but she never rushed my daughter at all.  She even took the time to let her make her a bracelet before she left.   We choose Looking Glass because of their performers.  Looking through photos they were the best looking princesses, and truly looked like the ones we met in the theme park. Their costumes were also beautifully detailed and again resembled so closely to what we had experienced in the theme park. We can't wait to book another party with you and will HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you to friends and family. Thank you, thank you, thank you again!

I still can't believe what you did for my little girl...and I want to tell you what she did when I tucked her in..it was a replay with her brother...I asked her what her favorite part of the day was. Without any hesitation, she says Braided Princess!!!!! Then, the best part, she whispers, mom did you see her hair? And she gave us gifts...she will never forget this. I can't thank you enough. I almost cried when I saw her too! ! 'Thank you for the follow up.  Kathryn was amazing as the braided princess!  We loved her and she was awesome, beautiful, interactive, flexible with out guests (especially when one of the little girls who "hated princesses" went off running she switched gears and got her interested and involved).  I loved the gifts at the end--everything was amazing!  Even her mannerisms were like the character!  I really appreciated the small details that you took into consideration and forwarded to the performer.  For instance, she new the birthday girl's name and her sisters' names.  Also, picking up the invitation and the gift from the door.  I really liked how she incorporated cues from the parent.  I also liked how you asked questions about if we ever had other princesses at our parties so that the character knows if they need to incorporate that as well.   Her appearance was amazing--costume and hair were beautiful. I liked her basket of goodies that she handed out to the kids.  The flower barrettes were awesome for the girls and I really appreciated the lizards for the boys!  Kathryn really stayed in character and spoke like the princess, sang beautifully and even had mannerisms similar to the character especially in the pictures.  She was amazing amazing amazing! She even walked outside in just her costume (no coat) and parked far from the house to make it more realistic--how cool!  Like I mentioned, one of the little girls ran off because she hated princesses and Kathryn was quick to try to include her in the fun and changed her plan from royalty training to story time which got the attention of the little girl.  She also sang which was very pretty but I realized the girls didn't know any of the songs but they were still intrigued.  I liked that she took time to take lots of photos and let the girls touch her hair and dress.   From the images on your sites and reviews the actresses look so real and seem to be really into their character.  For me that was important because we have been to theme parks where the characters are really well versed about their movies (even sequels) and really have an answer to all kids questions and make you believe that they are truly the character.  I really wanted to keep that image and belief alive in my children and the guests so that they feel the magic at their party like you feel the magic at theme parks.  It was very important to me and Kathryn really made the kids believe (even if some questioned it!).  I would definitely recommend your company again.  Very easy to work with, open to details and suggestions, you (Christine) were very polite, professional and quick to respond.  Everything was made very easy and fun.  It was just wonderful I cannot say enough!  Thank you for making my daughter's party so magical and memorable!

"Very easy process. All forms were easy clear and precise. Character was amazing. She corralled the girls and was able to hold their attention the entire time. The story was great and the singing was awesome. I choose looking glass because the other companies didn't have this character and they were more costly.   I have recommended looking glass to the other moms and I would definitely reuse looking glass.

I have to say that I set high expectations for our visit, and honestly, you blew me out of the water!!!  Way more than I even thought!!!!   You walked in, to the time you left you were Braided Princess!!   Your appearance was spot on, and I loved that from the time you walked in, to the time you left you were Braided Princess!!  Your interaction with the girls was amazing!!  Some of the questions were out in left field, and you responded so quickly!  I absolutely loved the fact that you ask about the child's interests and activities, giving parents the option to inform you on things that you include in your performance.  The two girls that you wished happy birthdays to were so surprised that you "knew" their birthdays were coming up.  And my daughter, with the theme park pen....PERFECT!!!  I'm one happy camper, and so is my my daughter!!  And she is the reason I did this!!! "I cannot say enough about how positive an experience this was, not only for our daughter, but for us and everybody at the party as well. I believe it was Allison who came to our house and she was remarkable to entire time. She was engaging and easily captured the magic of the moment. Not only were the kids just in a trance, so were the adults too as we all were just captivated by the story telling and acting. She really made our daughters fantasy come true. As for the princess herself, her acting and voice are amazing. She sang two songs, presented a gift, took photos, taught the kids how to be a princess and sang Happy Birthday. She just expertly interacted with the kids, never breaking character once. There isn't one thing that I can think of for her or you guys to improve upon. The whole experience, from the ease of reserving a character to the character's arrival and the grace with how she exited, it left nobody with any regrets, expect for the obvious fact nobody wanted it to end. We immediately were telling ourselves how it was totally worth doing this.  We met Looking Glass Friends Entertainment at a prior Princess Party event at the Darien Park District. That is where I got your contact info. After seeing how well the princesses interacted with the children at that party, we knew we had to do something similar for our daughter's birthday party later that year. With the experience with the characters at that event, posing for pictures and dancing, it didn't even cross our minds to look at other performing groups or shop around. We wanted Looking Glass Friends Entertainment. And another note about Allison, I am pretty sure that at the Darien Park District event, she was the Apple Princess character. At that event, she and our daughter seemed to create an instant bond as she kept going to visit her character. I was contacted very promptly upon my initial request and everything was very thorough. And whenever I reached out with questions I always received an answer back very quickly. Captain Quigley the Pirate ~ Grant


"We very much enjoyed Captain Quigley.  My kids are still talking about him!  We booked Pirate Quigley pretty much at the last minute.  The whole process was easy and professional.  All of my emails were responded to quickly and I was provided with all the information I needed upfront to know what to expect from our first character experience at a party.  I also liked that everything was able to be completed through email and online payment!   Pirate Quigley was fantastic.  We liked that he was a friendly looking pirate for our younger guests.  His costume did not look cheap, but of good quality.  His ring and necklace were a big hit, as well as the swords!  One adult even commented on how authentic his boots looked!  I personally loved his hat!  Pirate Quigley stayed in character and rolled with questions and comments smoothly and appropriately.  He was also very funny!  The adults and kids liked his clean jokes and responses!!  He did a nice job keeping the kids entertained.  The two years olds, of course, did not engage much, but some watched in awe.  The 4 year olds to 10 year olds had a blast; their smiles never ending through the performance.  I was amazed at how quickly the hour went by.  It was the right amount of time to hold attention, and Pirate Quigley did an amazing job balancing the hour with activities and pictures.  He had to compete with a pirate ship bounce house and was able to still keep attention and the kids coming back for more.  He even incorporated his ship (bounce house) into it!  The whole experience was really cool and one that our guests will remember.  There is not anything that I feel needs improved on.  Pirate Quigley knew how to go with the flow and engage the guests.  We could tell that he really enjoyed what he was doing, which made his performance even better!  Yes, we would choose to use your company again and would recommend your company as well.   We went with Looking Glass Friends for four reasons.  One, the price was right!  Compared to other companies, you were affordable for us.  Two, you were located much closer than companies out of Chicago, which made it convenient since there were no added travel costs.  Third, your pirate was authentic to the times, but also very friendly looking!  We felt the Johnny Depp type pirate would be too scary for the younger children.  Fourth, we were able to read comments/reviews on Pirate Quigley on your website.  I believe, your princesses were at an event we attended at the Avalon Manor.  This was a totally different experience as a pirate is far from a princess.  :) The princesses were beautiful and my girls enjoyed hearing them sing.  All your characters are professional, clean cut, and stay in character the entire time!"


"It was good.  I like the personal questions regarding the birthday girl because it made the day more custom and special.  He also really complimented her throughout the party, her boots, outfit, etc., which was so sweet for a birthday girl.  He was very nice and SUPER patient.  The boys, and an unexpected younger brother of another guest, were much more physical than expected during the sword fight training (which was great) and Captain Quigley was such a trooper, looked great and had an awesome personality and sense of humor.  I knew that my daughter would be well behaved, but it's tough to anticipate how other children interact.   The trunk with the gift especially for her was just magical.  SHE LOVED THAT!  The treasures and diamonds were an awesome touch.We were super pleased with Captain Quigley and what he brought to the party.  He, without a doubt, was the reason the party was so special and memorable.  We will be using Looking Glass again, no doubt.

"You were very prompt in replying to all of my inquires, that was much appreciated and made it easy on me while I was party-planning.  The performer couldn't have been better! Physical appearance was absolutely on spot, costume was perfect and very clean (my mother-in-law actually commented on how clean her dress was!), the performer was in character the whole entire time, she honestly couldn't have been more perfect! Even all of the adults at the party thought she was the real Glass Slipper Princess!  She just did such a wonderful job, I honestly don't think that it could have been more perfect. The story telling was so wonderful, she made my daughter feel like a special little princess. Even her singing was amazing, we were all expecting her to lip sync and she just had the most perfect princess singing voice! We were all so impressed! My expectations were truly exceeded. At one point my sister said that her cheeks hurt from smiling so much watching the princess interact with the kids and it was true... everyone in attendance young and old had a smile on their face the whole entire time the princess was there!  I chose your company based on the reviews. Also, your performers looked more "real" than the ones featured on on your competitors websites. I also liked that all of your performers had excellent credentials in terms of education/experience when it comes to acting/theater, etc. Even though you were priced a little higher than the competition, I actually liked that because it made me feel like I was getting the best-of-the-best and wasn't going to get a "cheesy" princess to come to my daughter's birthday party. YES, I would absolutely choose to work with your company again and YES I will absolutely recommend you company to family/friends.  We saw the Snow Queen and Snow Princess at Briar Ridge CC last year (I'm pretty sure they were through your company) and they did an amazing job. "I was speechless, Slipper Princess was perfect in every way. Even to the point of the words she used when having a conversation with my daughter was so her. She was  current on all the princesses and current shows, it was wonderful! She was able to move from conversations between child and adult seamlessly and never out of character. I cannot think of one thing to improve.  The Fairy Godmother (Lynette) was a perfect side performer. She made the moment complete.  The appearance would have been missing something without her. "We had a very lovely time with Sleeping Princess.  From the moment she arrived, to the moment she left, she was gracious and kind.  That sounds so cliché, but there is no other way to describe how wonderful she was.  True to character from the very beginning and as a mom, I really appreciated that.  The planning process itself was a breeze.  Feedback was very prompt and thorough.  I was very grateful that you were on top of reminders, because I would have totally forgotten to send everything that was needed prior to the event.  I'm not sure there is anything that needs to be improved. I had zero issues.  She was perfect.  I'm sure the littler ones weren't 100% sure who she was, but the older ones helped out with that.  She was the perfect Sleeping Princess...from her dress, to the way she interacted with the children, she was on point with the character.  She was extremely patient with my lack of taking charge and being organized.  She never rushed anyone and was always asking if there was anything else I wanted her to do during the party. I think the parents had a great time watching their children in awe of being in front of a princess.  There was one little girl who got so excited watching her walk up to the house.  That made my heart melt.  She was very kind to everyone.  Every child got a turn hiding the toy when they played the game if they wanted one...which was very nice.  I missed the song and dance and have yet to watch the video, but I am sure she was just as kind as she was before they started that portion.  She didn't just come, do what she had to and leave.  She stayed and interacted with the children.  Every girl was a "princess" and every boy was a "prince".  When it came time for pictures, she talked with every child, asked questions and had a little conversation with them.  Each child had time with her which I'm sure made them feel super special.  It wasn't just my daughter's party, it was everyone's party. I loved that no one was left out.  We have been to other parties who have used you and those princesses were always so wonderful.  Costume and attitude were exactly the same as the animated princesses in the movies and shows.  I've been to other parties and events in our community where the princesses neither looked nor carried themselves like the princesses we've seen in the movies...the princesses we are used to seeing all the time.  The autographs and little "presents" designed for each character really add to the experience and make the party extra special.  Other companies (that I have seen) do not do that. The little things make all the difference.  For those reasons, I would definitely choose Looking Glass Friends again.  I'm sure by next year we'll have a new favorite princess...or event where we have a bunch of children who would appreciate meeting a princess.  I will most certainly recommend your company to other parents looking to book a special character.  Thank you so much for creating such special memories for my child and children everywhere.  Everyone can not afford to go to a theme park to meet their favorite princess/character...your company is able to bring that excitement and joy at a reasonable price.  It is obvious that you and your actors/actresses put a lot of love, time, dedication and passion into what you/they do...it does not go unnoticed. =0)  It was a pleasure working with you (and Sleeping Princess too)."

"The princesses were fantastic!!  This was my first time ever using princesses so I was fairly anxious about how it would turn out.   We have met the princesses at theme parks and I have a high standard, which made me worry more that my daughter would not accept anything that looked shabby.  I scoured the internet and chose your performers because of the positive reviews I had read online via multiple sources.     As soon as I saw Snow Queen (Kathryn) and Snow Princess (Allison) I knew everything was going to be great.  They looked fantastic. "We definitely wanted to take the time to write our experience in detail, and more importantly, commend the performers for their talent!  We first had the pleasure to be a guest at two parties our friends hosted.  We were absolutely blown away with how true to character each performer stayed with their "regular" speaking voice and singing voice.  After the party last year, I always had Looking Glass Friends in mind for the one day our daughter would get into the princess phase.   I knew that anything with this snow theme was in such high demand, and I'm sure that these characters in particular would be just as high to make an appearance for parties.  As soon as we had the concept of a princess themed party, I immediately contacted LGF more than 2 months in advance of our ideal event date.  Looking back at the entire email trail, I was satisfied with the professionalism in correspondence.  Personally, I think every single reply email makes a difference, as far as customer service, if any possible client would want to pursue working with the company.  I was pleased with the response time, as well as tone in the email and I cannot stress how important that is, especially if we would want to work with them again in the future. As informal as it is to have an "email conversation" to conduct business, there certainly is a tone in response that can still be read, and this can make or break a business transaction. I was happy that my emails were answered in a timely manner, as well as the accommodations that were made to pursue a contract.  I am so relieved that I inquired well in advance to make sure the specific characters would be available. On the day of the party, we received the call from the performers 15 min before start time, and we were very happy to hear from them and their arrival time. We informed them of the multiple entrances that were available, and suggested a closer entry that may be easier. They were very punctual, which was extremely appreciated, and their entrance was perfect.  It was a relief to know that we would receive a call of their arrival, and we appreciated that.  They were able to accommodate enough time for autographs and pictures with guests and continue with the planned activities.  It was absolutely perfect!  We, along with our guests, enjoyed the realism of the appearance of the characters and costume. I think the Queen and Princess (Kathryn) characters were quite simple in the story, and they were perfect during their appearance...they didn't require props.  Both of their costumes, hair, and makeup were very beautiful and detailed.  It was so comforting to see that the performers naturally had experience working with kids at the specific age group we had- mainly 4 year olds. I appreciated them really being very personable with all the kids, especially our celebrant, and I was so happy to see both the Princess pick her up for a hug, and even the Queen carrying her while singing "Happy Birthday" to her. She absolutely LOVED them and made her feel SO extremely special, thank you!!! It was a surprise to see that they came prepared with gifts for each kids, and a special gift for our daughter. Thank you! We really appreciated that and no one felt left out.  With our particular age group, we knew it would be hard to keep them still for a long duration of time and so we only requested 3 particular songs.  There was a lot of interaction of our little guests during the story time singalong and we appreciated that they were not told to hush or be completely ignored, and the characters managed to kindly go with the flow.  We definitely observed that the characters were familiar with the interruptions and were pleased to see how they handled all the various situations.  We could see that there had the familiarity in working with kids at this young age, and they were the perfect pair for our event.  The kids really enjoyed listening to them and especially singing along. We ALL enjoyed listening to their voices, and even their movements were very much in character during the songs. We absolutely loved every moment of it!  I've had only one other experience as a guest from a different character party, and Looking Glass Friends definitely sets the bar.  The difference with the other company I witnessed is that it was not a professional acting company and they were completely out of character and just overly acted out as typical dramatic teenagers- definitely not storybook characters.  The other company played the music and sang along, but it definitely was not true character voices that were pleasing to the ear. With LGF, we were all entirely impressed not only for the ability of the performers to stay in character the entire time, but to have such talented voices to sing as well.  What struck me the most is that the main song, is such a sing along hit that our little guests were singing along so loudly together with the Snow Queen, which was so fun to watch.  However, I must admit that I felt a little worried that their little voices (about 30+ of them) would overpower the performer's voice.  That was not the case. The Snow Queen was able to continue to take control of the room of just under 100 people and belt her heart out, without a microphone, and sing over them.  VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!  I really commend her performance and was absolutely stunned at this.  This absolutely demonstrated their ability to adapt to any (loud) sing along environment and work with the crowd. I cannot say enough of these two performers, and I was so pleased that these two were the characters we had the pleasure to watch and hear before at other parties.  Overall, anyone can book people to come dressed up in any character and show up at a party, but we chose LGF for their ability to not only walk in with the poise of princesses, but also for the ability to transform a regular party into a fairytale event with their talent. Aside from mesmerizing the little ones with their costumes and presence, they also captivated the entire audience of all ages with their voices.  We felt that it was almost as if a theme park came to visit us at the party and it just melted our hearts to see the expressions of our little guests.  They were beyond thrilled to be surprised by the characters and this will definitely be a memory that will be in their hearts to treasure. This was such a beautiful experience for our daughter and our guests of all ages.  They have all had such pleasant things to say about the performers and were so happy to be a part of the experience.  Thank you, LGF, and a huge THANK YOU to the performers!!!

Given the popularity of the Snow characters, I didn't think we would book in time.  The characters' (Snow Princess ~ Kathryn) appearance was absolutely perfect. There was no denying who they were once the walked down the street. The Princess's hair looked so real, and her costume was incredibly accurate. The Queen's costume was beautiful and sparkly, and there are few women who can pull off a platinum blond hair, but your performer did. The performance was perfect. I felt the performers really did an excellent job interacting with all the guests, and I don't  think any child felt left out. I also appreciated the way the performers dealt with the slightly more rambunctious kids. They were kind and humorous. " The Snow Queen and Snow Princess (Kathryn) were both FANTASTIC!!!  They were wonderful and "made" the party.   As far as feedback, they were both so professional and always in character...they both had lovely voices when they sang.  The girls squealed and jumped up-and-down when they walked into our playroom, and both performers were so warm and hugged them all and were so patient.  I thought their outfits and wigs were excellent, even their shoes, and they both looked very "authentic" in the face to the characters, which was awesome.  We were so delighted the gifts that were handed out and especially the beautiful for my daughter.  It meant so much to her and she wore it for the rest of the day (and then some!).  The Royalty training was so cute and they each sang a song too which was amazing. "First of all, the kids had the best time with the princesses!  I don’t think any improvement is required. Your response time was more than sufficient and I appreciated everything was done via email.   I liked that the actors stayed in character the whole time they were in the play area and both actors were able to interact with the kids. Both actors had the best answers to any question that was asked and did not ignore anything that was being said by the kids.  The only improvement I would suggest is maybe have the actors come first before any activity. This is more from a party planning perspective for the parents and not any criticism towards the actors. The kids at the party were kind of tired from all the running around and at first were not interested in the actors, but I think the actors may have felt the fizzle and tried their very best to pump the kids back up.  I would definitely recommend your company to other parents and if I plan another event would definitely use your company again."

"Everything was clearly communicated from the pre-contract e-mails until the final reminder e-mail a few days before the event.  I really liked the list of things to consider that was sent to me after the contract was signed.  Nothing to improve. The Snow Queen was perfect in every way. She was very warm and friendly, her appearance/costume was gorgeous, and her singing was excellent.  Nothing to improve.  She was great with the kids and the game was very fun.  Nothing to improve.  I considered 3-4 companies.  I really  liked that I received a response to my initial inquiry within a couple of hours.  There were many positive reviews on Yelp. Also, an acquaintance of mine has used the company for her kid's parties, and she spoke very highly of the company.  The personal recommendation was the main deciding factor.  I would definitely use your company again and I would recommend it to friends/family. "Oh my where do i start! I can tell you that it was the best choice I made for my daughter's 3rd birthday!  My daughter has been all about the Snow Queen for over a year, however this past August she went to theme park and didn't get too close to any characters. So I was uncertain if she'd be scared or cry or just be happy to meet the Queen!   For weeks she kept telling me, "Mommy, can the Queen come to my party". So as the Queen was approaching the entrance, I whispered to my daughter, "Do you still want the Queen to come to your party". she said "yes Mommy", I said, "Well, I think I hear her walking in the snow, do you see her". She looked & looked out the window, and then she walked through the door... My daughter's face just lit up in excitement! She said "Its the Queen" She started jumping for joy! She was ecstatic! She was filled with nerves, joy & Happiness & kept flapping her dress of excitement! My daughter loved that the Queen knew it was her Birthday & knew her name! She truly believes the Queen is her friend now!  This completely made my daughter day! Her year! It was definitely the highlight of the party! Everyone enjoyed it! The kids had so much fun! "I like the quick response and easy payment method. It was good to have reminders throughout until date of event.  Contract was easy to agree! You even respond at night hours or weekends!  Everything was beautiful. The performer was in character and very real to the kids. She sang to the kids and they really enjoy the singing part.  The weather was bad but the performer arrived on time!  The interaction was fun. She made the birthday girl felt extra special by asking her to sit next to the Queen That made my daughter smile all day. The gift was very pretty, very thoughtful.  I've already recommended you to a lot of friends at the party. A few had chose Looking Glass Friends for their kids party last year. It was good. Multiple Characters

"Hi!  Thank you very much for your service with my daughter’s birthday.  She had a great time and I have nothing but good things to say about the princesses.  The planning process was simple and easy.  The princesses (Mermaid Princess ~ Kelly, Braided Princess ~ Allison) had the perfect costumes and hair so that the die-hard four year old fans could easily recognize them.  About half of the kids at the party were boys, and of the girls, there were only about 5 or 6 that were interested (or not too shy).  Even with the small group (the birthday girl included) the princesses kept the fun going and engaged the girls the whole time they were there.  The dancing and the flowers that were given were great.  We used Looking Glass after attending a party where they were as well.  Both experiences have been great.  I will recommend you to all of my friends.

They played the part better than we could imagine. The singing was the best part of the performance, we were surprised when the princess sang, great voices and a great job. The kids, as well as the parents, loved everything that they brought. I can not stress how great of a job you guys did. The singing and story telling was unbelievable.  Again we would like to thank Looking Glass for an excellent job and we are truly sorry for such the late reply.
